Case Management
Case management involves helping individuals access the resources and services they need to achieve stability and long-term success. A case manager works closely with clients to develop personalized care plans, coordinate services (like housing, employment, healthcare, and counseling), and provide ongoing support. Their goal is to remove barriers and connect clients to the right tools to help them move forward in recovery and life.
Licensed Clinician
A licensed clinician who provides therapy, assessments, and treatment planning. They support individuals through counseling and evidence-based practices to address mental health, substance use, and emotional challenges—helping clients heal, grow, and build healthier lives.
Workforce Development
- Computer Lab & Digital Literacy Training – Helping individuals develop essential tech skills.
- Employment Readiness – Resume building, job search assistance, and professional development.
- Mock Interviews & Career Coaching – Preparing individuals for employment opportunities through real-world interview practice and guidance.
Justice-Involved Services
- Reentry Support – Connecting justice-involved individuals with resources to transition successfully into the community.
- Prison In-Reach – Providing support, education, and resources to individuals before they are released to help prepare them for reintegration.
Creative & Expressive Healing – Art of Our Soul
Art of Our Soul provides a holistic approach to healing and self-expression through creative and meditative practices. Services include:
- Art & Music Therapy – Guided artistic and musical sessions to support emotional and mental well-being.
- Sound Bowl Healing – Vibrational sound therapy for relaxation and stress reduction.
- Meditation & Mindfulness – Practices to promote inner peace, focus, and emotional regulation.
- Yoga for Recovery – Movement-based healing to enhance physical and mental wellness.
Street Outreach & Community Engagement
- Street Outreach – Engaging with individuals experiencing homelessness or crisis to connect them with recovery, housing, and supportive services.
- Community Engagement & Education – Raising awareness, reducing stigma, and fostering partnerships with local organizations.
